The Open University (OU) is a longstanding hub for interdisciplinary, critical, and forward-looking research on international development. Celebrating its work and engaging with current debates, the University is launching the OU Global Development Annual Lecture series.

This year’s OU Global Development Annual Lecture will be delivered by Naila Kabeer, Professor Emeritus at the London School of Economics, a faculty member of their International Inequalities Institute, and on the government board of the Atlantic Fellowship for Social and Economic Equity.
