I am a PhD student investigating water ice clouds in the atmosphere of Mars using a combination of observational data and computational modelling.
2023 - Present: PhD Research Student - Water Ice Clouds in the Atmosphere of Mars
2018 - 2022: MPhys (Hons) in Astrophysics at the University of St Andrews - Also worked as a research assistant with the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences on the ATMOS photochemical model focusing on Martian photochemistry
Investigating the relationship between water ice clouds and dust activity on Mars on a seasonal, diurnal, and microphysical level. I am looking at how dust storms alter the surface-atmosphere interchange of water with a focus on water ice deposition.
Changes to water ice clouds in the martian north pole during high atmospheric dust levels (2025)
