Research interests
My current research interest lies in organisational trust, specifically asking questions about trust in the context of social exchange. What makes people trust another? What makes some people more trusting than others? How do people trust? What are the mental processes involved in trusting How does trust influence our perception of organisational events, rituals and transitions? How does trust play out in different professions (social workers, doctors, musicians)? How does trust operate in a research context?
