Professional biography

Dr. Karin Shields is a senior lecturer in accounting. She currently teaches Advanced Financial Accounting and her research area is Gender in Accounting and Sustainability Accounting. She joined the Open University in 2023 and previously worked at Birkbeck, University of London.
