OU researcher develops tech set to transform political debates

Dr Anna De Liddo, Senior Research Fellow in the OU’s Knowledge Media Institute, created the audience feedback tool, Democratic Reflection.

The web application was trialled as part of the first political debate, broadcast by ITV, on Tuesday (19 November).

One hundred voters, who declared themselves as undecided, engaged in the lively discussions using Democratic Reflection.
