OU makes science research open to all

Radiotelescope

Stephen Serjeant, OU Professor of Astronomy, is leading on the European Science Cluster of Astronomy & Particle Physics ESFRI Research Infrastructures (ESCAPE) launched today (20 November 2018). The project  will create an open research environment where Europe’s giant astronomy and particle physics facilities can share and reuse their data and software.

OU senior lecturer presents at UK delegation

Dr Alessandra Marino has joined the United Kingdom delegation to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, contributing to international discussions on the governance and sustainability of outer space activities.
