A booklet based on research that shows the importance of intimacy and relationships for people with life-threatening illnesses, is being launched this month (September 2020).
The University of Oxford in partnership with The Open University (OU) have been awarded £900,000 by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) to investigate how to improve support for older people with learning disabilities and their family carers.
The OU has received funding to train early career scientists for future positions in academia, industry and semi-government positions around research into the presence, mobility and reactivity of water in the Earth’s crust.
The Open University has been awarded £112,000 to lead a pivotal research component of the ILMpact Service Delivery Programme – a major education development initiative designed to strengthen education systems in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, Pakistan.
